Lenten Discipline Day 11

Day 11, fell off my pace a bit. Couldn't find my groove, even the sweet bassline and guitar riffs of Fugazi didn't help, till the last five minutes. Only made 2.4 miles in 30 minutes. BBBBBOOOOOOOOOO for me!!!
